Day 4 – $66 Internet Profit Systems Challenge

In my wisdom I launched the $66 challenge on a Friday. This means that today I find myself on Day 4, Monday, having done nothing at all! After a wonderful weekend with family and friends Monday morning came with a bump. In amongst one unwell small person and the usual home duties I have managed to find about 2 hours to get down to some work. So, what have I achieved?

Whilst learning about internet profit systems I have come across lots of talk about social network marketing but being totally honest I don’t like the sound of it. Granted I know nothing about it and am making this judgement blind but I feel uncomfortable with it for two reasons; the first is that it involves using your friends and family as a means of selling and promoting your wares, the second is the fact that Facebook is sure to play a pivotal role in any social network marketing strategy. Now don’t get me wrong, I am not anti-Facebook more Facebook suspicious, my profile is limited and my network restricted to friends from the real world. In the future I am sure that I will have to engage with social network marketing, for now I have simply sent an email to friends and family sharing news of my venture.

I have also begun the process of telling the internet world about the $66 challenge by launching a Squidoo lens – Internet Profit Systems The $66 Challenge.

Squidoo is a great way to earn an extra income. It is absolutely free and as such a good place to start to make more money if you are a stay at home Mum. With Squidoo it’s really easy way to create web pages about absolutely anything that takes your fancy, you may choose to tell the world about your favourite holiday destination or how to make a disco cake.

One of the first lens I created was called The Perfect Disco Party For Kids.

By integrating promotions for products from popular sites such as Amazon and Ebay into their lenses Squidoo users earn commission on any purchases their readers make. It’s a fun way to create an extra income and as Squidoo is loved by Google a fantastic way to promote and improve the rankings of your own products, projects and web pages.
